Some Guidelines for the Display Names of an Email Account

I have noticed some of our friends are using different display name styles for their email accounts.
I am glad to give you a guideline for email accounts. If this is not appropriate please suggest or correct.
In future you may be instructed by the company before you are assigned to the customer related tasks.
When your email account is publicly available one (Which is not limited to the intranet or VPN),  please use your full name to avoid conflicting it with another person.
E.g.
Lalith Silva <ls@a.b>
Lalith Perera <lp@x.y>
For internal account you may use only your first name, since no other user in your company with the same name.
Bimal <bimal@p.q>
Its not good to include the service provider name as a part of your display name.
E.g.
Kamal (sltnet) <kamal@m.n>
Anil - google <ap@g.h>
Please, use correct capitalization and letters for your name.
E.g.
jAYANTHA pERERA <j@k.l>
roshan <roshan@k.l>
